Can I customise the colour and size of my bed?
We provide a selection of 12 colours and 4 sizes: Double, Queen, King, and Super King. The choice of main or accent colour is yours, as directed on the product pages. The dimensions for each bed size are specified on their respective product pages and cannot be altered.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, order changes or cancellations for in stock orders are possible prior to shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations for customised beds due to their specific and tailored nature.
Can I customise the size of my bed?
We provide Australian standard King, Queen, and Double beds. We can accommodate requests for Super King beds; please reach out to us for pricing details. Please note, the external dimensions provided in diagrams on the product page are fixed and cannot be altered.
Do I get a discount if I bundle my bed with bedsides, pillow boxes, mattress, pillows, etc?
Subject to availability, discounts are automatically applied to bundles.

Do I have to pay the full amount when I place my order?
Full payment is required before shipping for outright orders. However, if you choose a payment plan through ZipMoney, we ship your product without requiring an upfront deposit.
